1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. The confirmation takes place when you create an account.

By confirming, you certify that you:

Have read and understood all terms and policies
Consent to the processing of your personal data according to our privacy policy
Accept full responsibility for all material you upload
Understand and accept all risks and limitations of liability

If you do not accept these terms, you cannot create an account or use the service. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

2. Account and Access

You must be logged in to upload PDFs and generate Anki cards.

3a. Shared Database and Company Affiliation

When you create an account, and when you continue using the service in either the English or Swedish version, you accept that the database for EdYouFlow.com and StudieVerktyg.se is the same and that both services are operated by Njutrition AB. Your account, files, and transactions are shared across the platforms and are covered by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

IMPORTANT: You are fully responsible for ensuring that everything you upload to EdYouFlow does not infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.

EdYouFlow does NOT review your uploaded material to determine whether it is copyrighted. We value your freedom to use the service without oversight of your content.

EdYouFlow assumes no responsibility for copyright infringements or other legal consequences arising from your use of the service. You are responsible for:

Only uploading material you have the right to use
Respecting applicable copyright laws in your country
Ensuring you have the necessary permissions to process the material
Following fair use or equivalent rules for educational purposes where applicable

Important about server storage: The files you upload are stored on a server and analyzed by AI so that you can access your PDF and the generated Anki file. Storing and processing copyrighted content on a server not owned by the rights holder may be against copyright regulations in some regions.

By uploading material, you confirm you have the right to do so and that the material does not infringe third-party rights.

4. Sensitive Data and Personal Information

WARNING: Never upload sensitive, confidential, or personal information to EdYouFlow. This includes but is not limited to:

Government ID numbers or other identifiers
Medical information or patient records
Financial information
Trade secrets or confidential business information
Sensitive personal data under GDPR
Classified information

EdYouFlow assumes no responsibility for consequences arising from uploading or processing sensitive information. You use the service at your own risk and are responsible for the suitability of material you upload.

5. Data Processing and Security

Uploaded PDFs are processed by third‑party AI services to generate study cards. We cannot guarantee complete security or confidentiality.

By using the service, you consent to your material being processed by third‑party services necessary for functionality.

6. Nature of the Service and Costs

Several AI analyses are run on your uploaded PDF to create your Anki cards. These analyses have an operational cost in addition to development and ongoing maintenance costs.

Purchased credits are non‑refundable. We reserve the right to change prices and credit costs within reasonable limits.

7. Limitation of Liability

EdYouFlow and its operators disclaim any liability for:

Copyright infringements or other legal consequences from your use of material
Data loss, security incidents, or unauthorized access
Consequences of uploading or exposing sensitive information
Technical errors, service interruptions, or data loss
Indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the last 12 months.

8. Rules of Use

You agree not to:

Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive material
Attempt to circumvent security measures or limitations
Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
Abuse or overload the service

9. Changes to the Terms

We may change these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email or on the website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation, and ultimately by Swedish courts.
